Lic. Carlos Suaréz de Miguel
- Graduated from the Universidad Panamericana in 1985, where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree, with honorable mention, and has various specialties in Corporate Law and Mining Law, both in Mexico and abroad.
- Regarding his professional experience, he has been a lawyer and legal representative of various Mexican and foreign mining companies, located mainly in the northern area of the Mexican Republic.
Lic. Santiago Suaréz Sevilla
- Graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana campus in Mexico City, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law. He has specialties in Mining Law, ESG and Intellectual Property. He has also been a participant in various seminars and conferences.
